Data Services Of Melbourne Pty Ltd will endeavour to replace all faulty products purchased in accordance with the manufacturers guarantee & conditions. A return Authorisation does not constitute acceptance of goods for Credit. Warranty returns will not be processed, unless accompanied by an RA Number obtained from Data Services Of Melbourne Pty Ltd, and Proof of Purchase.
Step Two
Contact DSM, a Return Authority Number will then be issued upon request. Please return the faulty goods clearly marked with the RA Number and proof of purchase. Data Services Of Melbourne Pty Ltd is not responsable for costs associated with the return of goods to us under warranty. Goods returned and found to be faulty will be delivered at our expense.
Step Three
Data Services Of Melbourne Pty Ltd will replace the faulty product, should a delay occur with replacement or if the product is superceded, notification will be given. Should the ordered products be not satisfactory or not required a Credit will be arranged if requested within seven days from purchase. Refunds will not be given if goods returned for credit are not in their original packaging and condition.
